This disturbs me because surely a trained doctor treating this patient's condition would not put himself directly in front of the patient's...the patient spread eagle in front of him. What does he expect? That Beethoven's Fifth would emerge?

hey, come on! you think this is true? for what reason they should film it, and for what reason the doctor stands in front of the patient? have you noticed the too slow time reaction of the patient, shaking his head? NA..... that's chocolate, violently getting out of a pressurized bag!! and by the way the patient sits, the hot load should go DOWNWARDS!
