The proper category would be Prog Event Reviews, where I have created a thread about the event and been posting all day.

BTW: I don't know what made you think they were getting along ... The way Waters looked at Gilmour when he - smilingly - sang the line about the Lear Jet in "Money" ...

"Getting along" ???Confused

All together now: "Frosty,the Snowman............"

A truly professional performance though.Another 120 minutes on stage would have been just the job...

Ok ... that was the most incredible thing I've ever seen... well close enough.. and Dave was not only singing great.. but playing exceptional. Roger looked like he was having the time of his life... but what was up with them not showing Rick at all????

I'm crying as I type.. I had chill bumps all the way thru, but if I could blow up MTV I would right now.. because their frigging vjs came on to tell a stupid story right in the middle of Comfortably Numb and then cut out to a commercial right in the middle of David's solo.... that is absolutely unforgiveable!!!!!!!!

I hope someone gets this as a download soon so I can see the rest of it!!!!

Twas good, not great...IMO...a Floyd reunion/following tour would be ideal but most likely extortionately priced.  Evidence perhaps being the "No More Excuses" sign flashed above stage?  They definitely still "have it" but..."timeless and classic" as they may be I feel there's a lot more interesting music to be listening to/watching.  No offense to fans...counting myself.

A professional performance about sums it up really! The Who were brilliant though.

Yeah, stupid MTV interrupted Comfortably Numb!

I didn't hear what Roger said during the opening of Wish You Were Here. Did anyone catch it? You'll be able to see the performance on aol once they upload it.

GAH! This was great!

Fantastic performance - until Roger started to "sing"... from then on, it was just great.

They all looked like they were enjoying working together again - and the overall sound can't lie; they rocked!

I thought Razorlight and Keane were excellent too - and Madonna was surprisingly good.

Mariah was as good as we might all expect - and Robbie was surprisingly awful, even given that he's a talentless t**ser.

The Who rocked - but I think Razorlight stole some of their thunder.

Great event!

David Gilmour's guitar weeped out the solos like no other can. He was at the top of his game tonight. Beautiful.
