"Great" Albums that You Can't Stomach

It's not uncommon for grumpy prog people past age 70 that their pancreas isn't as good as new anymore. But one thing that I wont' advise is putting the blame on music you dont't like. It's not like Roine Stolt personally came through the speakers and convinced GPF not to take care of his health, right?

And then you came to accuse Grumpy of being a drinker and a stoner.

Accuse? Nope. A lot of my friends consume booze and weed on a regular basis. The problem I have is using the symptoms of bad substance tolerance as a strawman to talk sh-1t about The Flower Kings, the Beatles or any other band you don't like.

But that's just me.

Anyways, my vent got pretty autistic and moronic sounding at this point. So, whatever. Take it or leave it.

I remember my Dad doing a fart that lingered for 15 minutes. Even opening the windows didn't work. Fortunately I don't believe I inherited that gene. That doesn't mean I don't do them; they just don't linger for that long.

Unless you're taking magnesium sulfate, I cannot imagine any music, no matter how bad, would result in immediate diarrhea. I suppose it could lead to it if it was stressful, but who would keep listening to it if it caused such stress? An easier way to get diarrhea would be to eat an entire box of pop tarts or an entire cannister of nuts. Sure, lots of fun at first, but the next day you're glad someone had the sense to invent the toilet.

But, back on topic. "Can't stomach" seems like a strong phrase to use. I don't think I would ever use that phrase for music I don't like. Dislike or "don't get" or "not my cup of tea" seem more apropos. Even for cookie monster vocals.
