^ Can you please stop writing in all caps? It means aggression in net etiquette (I thought it was common knowledge).

![]() Sarajevo (Remember?) Well that old sound of war rings out Once more, in the Balkans In the place where the east and the west Should have met with love And the merchants of cannons grow fat On all the profits While the cries of the innocent drown In the rivers of blood Do you remember? Ah Sarajevoooooo No more Sarajevoooooos! Edited by Psychedelic Paul - December 12 2024 at 05:26 |

![]() Though, oddly, it was a completely instrumental piece which Geoff Mann added lyrics to at a later date. 'Breathing' by Kate Bush reflects on the effects of nuclear fallout on an unborn baby.. 'Who's gonna win the war' by Hawkwind doesn't need any explanation. Also the 'B' side of that single was a track called 'Nuclear Toy' which also needs no explanation.. A very different song also called 'Nuclear Toy' by Porcupine tree / Steven Wilson reflects the same post nuclear war scenario; possibly my favourite and most chilling PT/SW song

Whenever this subject comes up, the first song I always think of is Twelfth Night's "Sequences". Musically, it's very adventurous. Lyrically, it's HARROWING!
