Flow, a band formed in Florida in 1970, released only one album, which has since gained positive recognition among jazz rock / fusion listeners and is considered a gem within the genre. The album is eclectic, blending various styles, including elements of folk and progressive rock. The lineup features Chuck Newcomb on bass and lead vocals, John Winter on a variety of instruments including piano, saxophone, and harmonica, Mike Barnett on drums, and Don Felder on guitar, who later achieved fame with The Eagles, where he was a member from 1974 to 2001. Flow's sound can be compared to bands like El Polen and Liverpool Scene, while maintaining distinct differences.

Thanks, will take to the team. I'd advise you to update the bio to mention the names of the players and perhaps their instrumental duties in parentheses (and definitely mention Felder left this group to join the Eagles).

This definitely belongs in ProgArchives, however, not under Prog Folk (there is very little of that in their music)

Try JR/F, IMHO
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Thanks for the update; I can see what you mean. Should I resubmit this as a new post, or has it already been sent to the JR/F team?
