Linda was awsome. This album of hers had some Jazz heavyweights playing on it. People diss Mantovani, but if you ever check him out he came up with some classic stuff. Midnight Cowboy is a favorite.

Vicki Cardona. Her family owned a paving Company. They just named the Rosemead High School Auditorium after her a few months ago. The Carpenters were always a bit of a guilty pleasure for me... Karen had one of the most beautiful female voices of all time. She's up there with the likes of Annie Haslam, Dusty Springfield and Mama Cass.
