Here are a list of things that are pretty much guaranteed to recharge you energetically and give your vibration a boost (especially if you are an empath): Sunshine, hydration, a full night's sleep, organizing/decluttering, doing good things for other people, nature, immersion in water, any form of exercise, meditation, your favorite music, boundaries, supportive people, cold exposure, breath-work, affirmations, listening to the rain, a well balanced diet, humbling your ego, observing and replacing bad habits with good habits, intermittent fasting, time alone AND time around good people, waking up early, gardening, earthing/grounding, gratitude, and the vibration of love.
