It's not only you. The last notification I received was 18 days ago (on May 17th) but I should receive them every day as I'm subscribed to many topics.
It's a bummer, 'cause I have to check them manually now... At least there is this page, which helps a bit :

Unless it's been disabled deliberately, it's probably something simple like a directory full up or an account suspended somewhere. M@x could probably fix it if anyone could get hold of him. This and the ongoing Chrome issues are going to bring this site down completely if they get much worse.

I just received five notifications in a row (the first ones since July 8, 2022 !!!) for forum posts from October 23-24, 2022. And those were NOT the last posts from every topic.
So something is definitively broken, but there is still a very little bit of hope...

I started getting notifications again about 5-7 days ago; first just one then loads.. mostly recent but a few historic (well, 3-6 months ago, things i'd forgotten i was watching or had contributed to..)

Not working for me for days... I deleted all the subscriptions I had since 2015 and kept some recent ones for the collaborator zone, see if it's change anything...
