Yay!
I'm something of a fan, although I lost interest after Songs of Faith & Devotion. I saw them on that tour, and Violator. Excellent band. I prefer their post Vince Clarke stuff, which most of it. |

Vince Clarke is only on their debut. He left and formed Yazoo soon after.

The original early 1980's line-up of Depeche Mode, with Vince Clarke sporting a typical New Romantic hairdo of the time, although he probably regrets dressing like that now.

^ Thanks! I don't know much about Depeche Mode, as you've probably noticed, but when it comes to Synth-Pop generally, I Just Can't Get Enough of it.

I love those New Wave 1980's hairstyles, but Robert Smith of The Cure looks more like someone's wicked granny now.

I'm not a particular DM fan but I did once work in the same building as Martin Gore.

Yikes, maybe time to drop the make up. And while I'm name-dropping The Cure's drummer is my wife's cousin.
