^Yes, that is exactly what I did. This query comprises studio albums of all the subgenres. I looked up the subgenre numbers, added them one by one, and pasted the string "&ssubgenres=" between them. Maybe a bit elaborate, but Proto (37) and PR (38) are excluded by default.

Thanks :-)
How did you conjure that? Manually edited the URL string and added more sub-genres? (like 37 and 38 for the proto-prog and prog-related?)

It's deliberate, The Beatles are classified as Proto-Prog which, along with Prog Related, are not included in the album charts.

Hello.
I was wondering about the Top Albums list algorithm:
https://www.progarchives.com/top-prog-albums.asp?salbumtypes=1#list
To simplify my question into a single example:
how come Beatles "Abbey Road"
https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=11074
Didn't cut it to the list?
It's score line is:
4.48 | 1026 ratings | 84 reviews | 69% 5 stars
it even states:
Essential: a masterpiece of
rock music

to compare to other album that did make it to the list with less values:
Klaus Schulze / Mirage
https://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=7630
4.29 | 306 ratings | 25 reviews | 46% 5 stars

(clearly all is less)

so?
Why Mirage got in and Abbey Road not?

related question: I see the Abbey Road album got the sub-genre: Proto-Prog
and I cannot find this sub-genre in the filters... maybe that's why? is this a bug?
