So many great songs, such a tough choice!
All of side two, but I have to go with the stunning display of layering, all built around a totally bizaree/off the wall guitar solo (by Adrian Belew): "The Great Curve."

Just recently realized how great of a group Talking Heads were upon watching a video of the Stop Making Sense tour. Such a great show!
Not a single wrong choice on here. Going with "Crosseyed and Painless".

I'm not quite that keen on their earlier offerings, but Remain in Light is top notch. Once in a Lifetime has such a strong presence in my "inner ear" over the last 30+ years, I must vote for it, but quality is very dense here. All the songs are great.

great album obviously.. but The Great Curve isn't merely the best on the album.. I'd rate it as the single best song the Talking Heads did. f**king amazing... in no small part to Belew taking that to outerworldly levels of masterliness.

The whole album is really great, I think at the moment the greatest album of Talking. My choise is the ending piece the Overload. It´s really great example how to make a really great song with a very simple structure, only one chord. It´s really hypnotic & dark, like the best Joy Division songs.

I’m not too familiar with TH, I always say I dislike them, but in all fairness, that Once In Lifetime song smells suspiciously like 80’s model King Crimson, and the finest track I’ve heard from them. I do, however, prefer Devo.

The whole album is like that - every song basically consists of the same 4/8 bar rhythm section repeated with different bits over the top.

Torn between several choices but finally leaned in favor of Houses in Motion.

Definitely the best Talking Heads album. These eight tunes are probably all in my top 10 TH song list. Wish they had stuck with this approach, but as it is there is really no album like it.

Another vote for "Crosseyed and Painless" - one of my favourite dance songs. The whole album, however, is a masterpiece, and way more progressive than a lot of so-called "prog".

All of it. A fine production by Brian Eno, to boot.
