yeah isn't that such a great album.. though that is much too understated an opinion of it.  Seriously it is one of the greatest albums ever recorded...

next up here.. hard to top that one.. so not trying..

got the urge to put this baby on.. one of my fabulous 5 formative albums

I never got fully into UH, being completely captured by Genesis & al. (Camel included ahahah)

At the time we had barely no money to buy albums and the radio was practically devoid of modern pop music, can you believe it ?
So the trick was friends sharing the few LPs we had - one bought some new and carried it under the arm to the schoolyard and showed around, proudly, looking forward to invite/be invited to a later afternoon listening get around  at somebody's place.

UH is a cheap DP knockoff for the most part... but they did some really good stuff.   Salisbury was just something I latched onto as a kid and it sort of took root.

great choice darling.. been awhile since we've listened to this..

another of the fabulous 5 foundations...

if James Jamerson hadn't been soaked into my DNA by my mother previously.. thanks to my father and his love of this album Squire would have inspired me to take up the bass guitar
