Leftover chili from last night.   Even better today with the deep heat from the chipotles mellowed and the hunks of pork shoulder having given up their flavor to the sauce.   Hit it with some sea salt, a few wheat thins on the side, maybe a dollop of sourcream,, and I'm good to go.

ummm hmmmm...  if you love Cheesecake David.. you really need to get her recipe. True to Raff-form.. it isn't standard Cheesecake ...I call it her Italian Cheesecake hahahha. She did something with it... and my god.. it is simply the best I've ever had.
