Yoooooooou're right. It's Canada's 149th Canada Day! Another day a lot like Independance Day with fireworks and beer and small-name bands in larger towns but also lots of Canadian music on the radio. For instance, one radio station is playing the entire Tragically Hip discography (in part because the singer/sometimes guitarist has cancer and they're on their likely last tour ever)

...Or for people like myself it rained early in the morning so it was nice and cool to clean windows and stuff after it stopped.
