a bottle of wine Raff had laying around Thumbs Up Trying to calm down after losing my temper with the property maintenance guy who was screwing my sweatheart of a neighbor (single woman) over... leaving her with no power. At least I didn't pull a Mumby and threaten to throw him off the balcony.  I was close though... LOL

At least he is coming back to get her fixed up. He should have done it the first time he came...

yeah...  nothing gets me hotter under the collar than seeing people get the shaft unfairly. She did get her power back on thankfully..I tend to don the armor, grab a lance and mount the horse and ride to the defense of the tread upon unfairly.
