still stuffed from an outting to perhaps our favorite local resturant.

a heaping plate of fried green tomatoes to start and finished off with each of us enjoying a jambalaya cheesesteak..

god those things are heaven on earth...  I genuflect to whatever God created Andouille sausage. I could eat that 3 meals a day ..7 days a week.. 52 a year and never get tired of it.

now enjoying a Newcastle...

baked pasta with leeks, pancetta and a cheese sauce with cheddar and gruyere.
 
heavenly.  although with that combo of ingredients it's pretty hard to go wrong.
 
Tomorrow night's menu: cheddar jalapeno cornbread biscuits for starters, spinach and ricotta stuffed pasta, salad, and homemade focaccia, with tiramisu for dessert. We've got someone from PA coming to dinner and I am sure he expects to be well-fed.
