I had a nice phone chat with Greg yesterday and it turns out he lived a few miles from me
before moving to Utah. Back in the day we haunted some of the same record stores. Musica Urbana - Iberia is very hard to find and very expansive. Their first one can be found rather easily. Both are awesome and maybe the best spanish Prog ever... Count yourself lucky about IL Trono Dei Ricordi this is also getting rare and is starting to command high prices. Total synphonic Overkill but I loved that Album. |

I have the first Musica Urbana and really like it. I may stumble onto Iberia someday but I guess you can't have them all. I also ordered: Arco Iris - Agitor Lucens V Arco Iris - Los Elementales Crack - Si Todo Hiciera Fusioon - Fusioon 2 (alligator cover) Fusioon - Minorisa Greg had to search for Agitor and found one copy. I'll check out Feliu... today.

Good catch. Arco Iris is great but beware Los Elementales has some very serious Freak Out Jazz parts. I know that Si Todo Hiciera gets a lot of love but I think it's very average synph Prog. (but would easily get you $50-60 if you resell it.) Fusioon got better with each album and Minorisa is overwhelming...

^ You're right, I picked up on the free form parts on YouTube. I think the rest of the album will balance it out.
I really liked Fusioon 2 and when I heard that Minorisa was even better I ordered it without hearing it. |
