It was supposed to be ran all day here but we got 2-3 inches of snow dumped on us in about a second before the rain came. Now it's slush soup.

Prolonged mild conditions with maximum temperatures of 9-12°C (48-53°F) to be expected for the next days, a bit of sunshine and a bit of rain now and then.

A shy sun, and the cold is still present in Paris.
Last week, I talked with a French musician studying in Amsterdam: she told me that the weather was depressing for her when she compared the, er, sunny Paris to the gloomy Amsterdam.

Will be going down to 3 F (-16 C) tonight.  Coldest temperatures in March I've ever experienced, and probably will be a record for my area.

We have had maximum temperature records in my region during this weekend, and lots of sunshine.

8 March: 16,0°C (old record: 15,1°C)
9 March: 19,5°C (old record: 18,4°C) - the highest maximum temperature recorded in the first half of March since 1901.

We have another sunny day here with 17°C.

The Castoreum is still bathing in sunlight with a temperature of 16-17°C. Some trees are getting new leaves and others are blossoming, which is very early. 9°C is normal for this part of March. Lower temperatures are expected for the next days.
