Your Blog?

So I recently started a blog, due to many thoughts running around my brain that I wanted to release.  It's very new, and I don't have a whole lot of practice doing it, and there is some personal information about me there, so I'm not sure how I feel about posting it in a public forum like this...but if anyone wants to read it and maybe give advice on improving it, I'd be happy to pass along the address.  And after receiving some advice and getting some reactions, maybe I'll feel better about posting the address for all.  Let me know if you'd like to read it, and anyone else who has a blog feel free to post the address here.

In my opinion, making a blog is a nice way to express your thoughts and ideas, but it takes a lot of efforts.

My opinion is that you should leave the comments free, but check the box that says that you must approve them first.

Back when blogs were a new idea, my wife started one to just share observations or interesting happenings in our infant daughter's life.  I was invited to make entries too, but I only came up with one, titled "Food Doesn't Bounce".  I had my chance to spill my wild ideas all across the internet, and I chose to rant about restaurant commercials where the food and vegetables hit the tabletop in slow motion and bounce a couple of inches in the air.

I have a tumblr in my signature.

I recently started a blog here; I needed some outlet for all my weird ramblings and thought I might as well take the plunge.  I plan to deal with topics like music, theology, literature, human nature, politics...you name it.

By the way, the blog doesn't come up when I do a google search for it.  Does anyone know why that is/how I can make it appear on search engines?

Yeah I once started a blog solely to get some of my writing (more like vague ideas/samples) out there, as well as general thoughts and etc and I struggled to maintain it/care pretty quickly!
