tel me about it, when the fifth best team in F1 is having to look for paydrivers, you know something is wrong.

Between Johnson and Vettel starting to dominate their respective series, the motorsport season is starting to end badly. 

Excellent lap from Hamilton today, Vettel did not look comfortable out there. And Maldonado starting 4th, cat and pigeons comes to mind.

Details on Vettel. Turns out it was a fuel cell problem that Renault detected on the slow down lap and ordered for the car to be switched off. They and Red Bull successfully argued with the stewards force majeaur (sp?) but the rules state that a 1L fuel sample must be provided and only 850ml was extracted. Renault are convince that there is/was enough fuel in the cell but it can't be got at, so Vettel was sent to the back of grid. They've since pulled his car from parc ferme to fully investigate what happened as they don't know yet, so he'll start from the pitlane.

For once it looks like the Abu Dhabi GP might provide us with an interesting race, shame I'm going to a christening tomorrow (well, sort of) so I'll have to catch it on line tomorrow night.

I'm not surprised things have calmed down, it was always a matter of understanding the tyres and that just needed track time, which they've had plenty of at this point of the season. I doubt the start of next season will be so crazy.

What a chance for Alonso, he and his team have to make a great race tomorrow, they can comeback to the first place after Abu Dhabi.

Poor soul, was breezing to an easy victory at this rate.

Huge help for Alonso though, as well Kimi now thrust into the lead. This would be a superb podium, especially if Webber gets in there.

So curious if Vettel can hold on the whole race without pitting. Seems impossible but we'll see.
And all that, he can only drive in the lead bullsh*t has to be laid to rest finally. Shame James isn't really around anymore to come with a massive illogical debate on how it's wrong heh

Too bad Jenson couldn't hold off Vettel, but he did a helluva job holding him off as long as he did.  At least Alonso took a slight chunk out of Vettel's point, but I doubt it'll be enough.

Who wouldhave thought it possible, Abu Dhabi actually provided a good race! Amazing.

brilliant drive from Kimi, I really thouht that the Lotus had dropped too far off the pace now for a win to be possible, but there it is. I'm getting worried about Perez, he's made bad mistakes in every race since he signed that McLaren contract. Nice drive from Maldonado too, and for once we can say that the collisions werent his fault either. Shame the KERS broke, he might have been able to fight for the podium without that.

Agreed Sleeper. The Kimi win was just a fantasy for me now, I was shocked to see he held on.
The crazy ass Finn still got it!

Perez is still young, hell if Pastor has shown improvement there's hope for all
AWWW YEAH! Finally F1 is back here. I do love the track, so long and flowing, not like these clusterf**ks nowadays.
