Mine would be Breaking All Illusions too. Mangini is a good drummer, but hell, I miss Portnoy's playing. Sometimes he could become a bit invasive, but I love is Peart-ish style :(

NICE - yes, Breaking All Illusions is my favorite track on the album as well.

I agree. I was looking forward to hearing what a Dream Theater album without Portnoy pulling the strings would sound like. James actually sang like himself on ADToE. He wasn't trying to sound like James Hetfield or the guy from Muse or whoever else MP wanted him to sound like. |

Breaking all Illusions always have me smiling during the whole intro. Brilliant track. I think I laughed out loud first time I heard it.

😜 agreed!! On the COUNT OF TUSCONY, LABRIE sounds like Dave Mustaine from MEGADEATH!! Only during the chorus though. Anyway. Very true man. |

Yup yup. I miss his style, especially the way he drums on the Count. That to me was like Portnoy's last horrah. Combinations are nuts on that track. Very good. |

Never like LaBrie copying Hetfield in that Dream-Theater-meets-Metallica song (also known as As I Am). I wish we were still in 1992... |

How old are you with such a comment, I am thinking an apology would be appropriate.
