Are you familiar with Leprous?  I think of them as being in the same vein as Haken.

Welcome Chris, I could be your father if not your grandpa but that makes no difference when it comes to good music

If you check them out on our website, they are classified as extreme metal. Not my cup of tea, really.

I listen to the classics too. I've heard every prog album by Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Yes, King Crimson, Genesis, Supertramp, Caravan, VDDG, and i'm just starting to listen to Soft Machine, Hatfield and the North, and much more that i'm too lazy to remember atm. Its just that now my interest has seemed to move towards the modern age.

Its pretty nice. The intro almost sounds like symphonic prog meets tangerine dream. :P
The vocal i could do without though.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

You are too young!

Hmph! Bloody youngsters!

Why just as soon as the nurse has changed my bag, I'll tell you exactly how I queued to buy Moving Pictures on the day of release... ON VINYL!
