Since when was Beckett reliable??

Well I remember a game or two during his time with the Marlins and Sahx he was pretty good... wait I think that was a few years, guess it's always a case of what have ya done for me lately??

edit: Well pretty good game considering.
Did a great job with his pitch count and had great control, Pettitte was just very cautious...for the first outing can't complain though. We'll see how the season goes.

This reliever really blew the game though

And trust me, even here in the core of Yankees land you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who truly likes A rod.
Especially in recent years where he's been a bigger waste of money than any government program
2007 sure does feel ages ago now...pretty much since then he's never been the same. He at least was a good player then.

Tonight there will be no aces.

Royals are on a win streak, swept the Rangers in a two game series.

We're 15-20 right now and considering we had a 12-game home losing streak I think the record looks pretty good. We'd be well over .500 without some of those silly losses.

As I've said a million times, you people need to give it up. What f**king good does all this money do??
The playoffs every year? Teams with smaller pay rolls have managed such. Yanks always choke anyway.
2 WS appearances and one win in the last 10 years. That's great but others have managed better with less money.

The top 3 payrolls all crashed last year, and the Orioles are kicking our divisions ass right now.
I know I know, and I usually let it go, but sometimes yall gotta STFU. What good has this butt ton of money done for us? Not any better than teams with a tenth the payroll.....sheesh
