Server Upgrade July/Aug (500 ERROR)

Looks like this issue is back. I'm trying to add a Memfis album and keep getting the error message -

If you post the info here I'll add it for you. 

Andy, please can you or someone add the following album to the memfis discography as the 500 error is persisting - http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=3134

Indeed, it's happening whenever I try to add an album. I waited a few days, and it's still persisting.

If this keeps going long enough, discographies will start getting out of date.

I checked the album art and it's a jpg. Tried to fix a couple of typos again today but still not working... I think the clue is in the 'internal error' part of the message.

I'm also getting the error now when trying to edit albums.  It can be done from the Admin section but does anyone know status of fixing the problem from the artist page "edit" button?

After logging in twice and typing my comment on a review I often get this message. It's annoying because I really don't feel like typing my comment again and even if I do I get the same message again. I usually have to try again another time. I think I have to start saving my comments so that I can just copy and paste later in case they don't get posted the first time.
