I don't think this album is particularly sad, although it does sound like it. RIP, Nick. Also, do check out at least a few tracks from "Pink Moon". I'm sure that some PA team representatives have enjoyed "The Return of the Durutti Column". I'm also sure that some PA members who have not heard this album will enjoy it too, even though it's not exactly prog by PA standards; it's jazz mixed with some folk, classical, and electronica.

Oh, yeah! I really like Harvest Breed. I tried playing it on my guitar with standard tuning, but did not succeed   . BTW, on the topic: where would you be without Bert Jansch's catalogue? Check out his '65-'71 stuff, especially the debut.

In my opinion damnation is opeth's most interesting chord and melody writing, even more dissonant than their heavy stuff.. if you are a fan of jazzy cluster chords you will love it.

I know it may come out a bit odd, to recommand a King Crimson thing, as you would expect it to be something everyone would allready know.
But with only 46 ratings - and 3 reviews, it seems that it may not be that well knows.
A stunning EP live preformance falling in between Crimsons last two studio's.
Lovely, if you dont know it, check it out.

Kerry Livgren Art of the State Eddie Jobson's Zinc Both pretty good from what I have heard Also check out Unitopia's 3 albums! Quite amazing Oz Prog.
