I was worried about that. :(

Is it kind of reminiscent of Memory Tapes step down from Seek Magic where he made an album that was still pretty good?

I guess it's similar in that way. It's not unlistenable or anything, he just abandoned the style that suited him best.

I AM A LANDMINE
I AM A LANDMINE
SO DON'T JUST STEP ON ME

Tanner, Austin, and maybe a couple other of you guys might like this:  http://snowmine.bandcamp.com/album/laminate-pet-animal

(Note: basing on tracks 3 forward, first 2 didn't do anything for me)

Tan Tan I am seriously going to try and plow through House of Leaves.
Might as well just restart since it's been so long.
Please, do tell me the story itself is at least worth it?

Oh heck yes.

Hell, I'd even go as far as saying it's one of the best things I've ever read.

Towards the end it is just the literature of the gods.

Goodness, that's quite a claim.
I'm assuming the avant nature of the story itself is part of its appeal, but I was wondering if what it's saying was goodLOL
Well, here we go.

Never have. Already know what it is more or less, IDK if I'd ever watch it. Also it'd be less shocking I bet.

I've also consumed 3 beers. Woooooooo crazy times.

im listening to Red Hot Chilli Peppers Shocked

the 80s Chilli Peppers before they "sold out", god i hate that word but i used it anyway.

i would baldly say it would have been no Primus if their were no Chilli Peppers first, they started the funky version of alternative rock/metal which lead to Primus, which lead to Faith No More and final to Rage Against the Machine ( I know their are other funk rock/metal bands, but these are the bands that matters k
