These guys' home is in Perkasie, PA...but can they get themselves another home in the definitive PA?

Let's have a look:

"Existing as a 5 to 6 piece for most of it's existence, Unexpected Allies has been around for a few years - an on and off affair that's harbored the some of the greatest times of our high school lives.
But now, it's college. Things change - and this band is not exempt. Streamlining the creative force from six to three, we're back, and this time we're ready to make the impact we always dreamed of. As the writing for our album nears completion, we're readying ourselves to record a set of material aside that we can proudly show to everyone, to show not only our prowess - but progress as musicians. We're not trying to call ourselves the newest revolution in metal, or the greatest thing since sliced bread. We're not trying to throw ourselves into whatever the hip new genre is, to be more 'brootal', 'progressive', or downtune our guitars more than anyone else has before. We're not here to go on jazz odysseys, or to switch to as many time signatures as possible. We're just writing the music we love, and hope that you guys love it in the process."

Original 6-piece line up:
Fred Bond - Vocals
Vinny Vaccaro - Guitar
Nick Paoletti - Bass/Vocals
David Franzo - Keyboard
Matt Paoletti - Guitar
Garrett Wiggins - Drums

Current line up:
Fred Bond - Vocals
Vinny Vaccaro - Guitar/Programming
Nick Paoletti - Bass/Vocals

A new live line up is promised to take the music on the road.

Album is called 'The Author & The Architect', it is all instrumental, and you can listen to it, or download it (name your price) here: http://unexpectedallies.bandcamp.com/album/the-author-the-architect.
There is also myspace: http://www.myspace.com/unexpectedallies, but it is little used these days, with only one (old) sample, which you can also listen to in the last tube embedded below.

No samples from 'The Author & The Architect' on Youtube other than this cover of the first track 'Oculus'...Sorry guys, I just had to include this - the dude on the guitar here is just something else!!

This is an older instrumental recording:

And this is the older song with vocals that is also featured on their myspace page:

They remind me of 'Sea Of Skies' who were added on here a month or so back, so I guess they stand a reasonable chance of inclusion. Ermm

LOL, that guy should be on the same stage with Buckethead, the contrast would be delicious. LOL
