Most music I listen to now, I've liked the first time of hearing it. Even the perplexing stuff like some of those Keith Tippett albums and AMM's AMMMusic.

Bach wrote too many Cantatas. I got the complete Bach Edition thinking it would be full of stuff like the Brandenburg Concertos, but 60 discs are Cantatas.
To contrast, the Stravinsky box set I got has 22 discs, the Messian 18, the Mahler 16, and that leaves me with 4 discs to go.

Bach wrote a crazy amount of music, and it's all so thorough and clinical.

Do you enjoy it? Are the lute suites included?
To be honest I don't know what's all included, but it's supposed to be everything he composed (the box was 157 CDs + 2 DVDs + 1 DVD ROM including scores of Bach's complete works), so I imagine the Lute Suites are in it somewhere. I'm still in the process of ripping it, 64 discs in XD
I got Vivaldi at the same time and I've been enjoying his stuff a bit more.

Do you realize that you will die before you listen to all of it?
