Classical music fans:

Actually I'm behind the times on the Mahler so you've probably all heard this before but that doesn't change the fact that it's gorgeous and awesome.

I'm starting with Hunger's Teeth.  Some people start with other albums.

I started with Abandonship and it was masterful. One of my favorite avant / rio albums.

It only lasted for like an hour. I only can only panic for so long before apathy sets in. Plus, I took some speed (legal, admins, I promise) and I feel better now.

I read that the vocalist for Thinking Plague also does vocals on that album. Sounds great, so I will check it out Thumbs Up

Hopefully they don't reoccur too often. Do you also get really exhausted after panic attacks? I had one yesterday and I wanted to study afterwards, but I was so bleughrhg.

My brain is always realyl fried and I cant think. Sometimes, when I get to the end of one, I cant even remember what I was panicking over.

Panic attacks are nasty. I've only had one once but it scared the crap out of me. I don't know how you guys deal with having them all the time.

I've gotten to the point where I can recognize that I'm having a panic attack and convince myself that everything will eventually be okay if I just jump around and do push-ups.

Hopefully you don't have anymore panic attacks. Are you still super busy lately or have things calmed down?

This year I'm learning about the wonderful word "no" and using it to keep things under control as best as I can. Work is still revving up faster than I'd like though but I'm fighting back.

Once you recognize the symptoms it's probably easier to deal with.
