I went to the one near me. Amazing show, considering Roine is one my favorite musicians of all time.

I was more interested in seeing District 97, but I couldn't go because I found out my driver's license expired last month and I haven't renewed it yet.

I like what I've heard from Spock's Beard but I've never checked out Morse's solo stuff.
Oh, Agents of Mercy were just in town with District 97. I almost went to that show.

I think I may like FtM more than Amputechture! ![Shocked Shocked](smileys/smiley3.gif) I'm not sure yet, though. This is blasphemy against myself.

Yea that's an adequate description. I just love the atmosphere of the album - tastily spacey with a hint of doom and beautiful melody.

Alternative 4 was doomy blackened metal in the veins of My Dying Bride and Green Carnation with occasional hints of Tool, especially in the vocal department.
I can't comment on any of their other material.

Alternative 4 is all I've heard from Anathema, and it's not bad, but it didn't particularly stand out for me either.

I actually thought WHBWH was very good, it's everything else that I've found to be pretty meh (yes, Judgement).

Parts of Judgement (the album I have) are delicious. But overall, yea, they're good. 2000 and Gone is freaking amazing. So simplistic, so melodic, so beautiful.
