Normally I'd think she just wanted to start hanging out again, which is fine because we're still friends, but we haven't talked in like 3 months and out of the blue she starts sending me like three messages a day, and wanting to be gym buddies and stuff.  Odd, considering she was the one that wanted to break it off originally.

She's probably just realised she made a mistake and enjoyed herself more when she was with you. In any case, she can't be trusted. Sever all ties and move inter-state. Change name, career, erase habits. It's your only choice.
