OLD BROWN SHOE!!!

It should have been on an album, it would have been a highlight, indeed. In those later Beatles days, McCartney and Harrison had become the most inspired writers in the band (and I don't intend to put Lennon's 'Come together' and other songs down), and certainly Harrison had become a sufficiently proficient writer as to have The Beatles release two more LPs before the final break-up.

I know this is off topic a bit but why is it I can never find a place or memory or even ever hear anyone talk about "Long Long Time"? last song side three of the White Album. I just never understood that song..at all.. I mean, it is what it is..it's just kind of an abandoned song all by itself.. it seems never mentioned anywhwere ever

assume the power 1586/14.3

George was an essential component of the most important band in history. But as a songwriter, he was famous by association. He wrote some decent songs, but was never a songwriter of any great merit. Most of the songs were derivative. He even got sued for 'My Sweet Lord', though that seems a bit unfair, as the riff for 'He's so Fine' (the song he was accused of plagarising) is entirely derivative itself.

Within In You WIthout You. So exotic and psychedelic and the lyrics are so mesmerizing.

Yes, a very under-rated Harrison song. Quite beautiful and slightly eerie.

Hi everybody!

I think it's While my Guitar gently weeps, cause
of this universal emotion he brings into this song.
