My top ten is going to be more like a top four.

I didn't know they still made prog albums in 2010.

It all got a bit tragic in the end, but the man truly loved the game. And regardless of how he moves on he'll always be something of a national treasure. We even put him on a stamp Edited by LinusW - February 16 2011 at 09:35 |

They didn't. We all know music ended after 1989. |

I'm actually very solid through about 7, after that it's a bit hazy.

Yes, I recall you mentioning it. I just haven't bought any music in like 6 months. |

I have been listening to a lot of streaming music (like on Bandcamp and what not). Honestly, there's so much free music out there, and I have so many CDs that I still haven't even listened to yet (that I either bought a long time ago or were given to me) that I've really had no need to make any purchases. Is the Supernatural Endgame album available for free streaming? I'd love to hear it. |

I mostly buy new stuff that comes out, I occasionally get some old releases (lately, JRF stuff) but I've slowed way down. If all I did was just buy a few new releases a year I'd be totally set music wise.

I've been on a major buying spree lately. My one local record store is going out of business and is having nice sales on their used CDs, so I've been there a couple of times, and might try to go one more time before they close in a couple of weeks. Tiles is performing the final live show there on the last weekend. My other local store has a deal for buying 10 used CDs and getting them for $3.50 each. It is mostly non-prog, but once in a while I find a gem or two.

I am thinking that And Then There Were Three is a tad underrated.

One of the things I like to do is to dig through the CD bins at flea markets. Every once in a while you find a gem and get it for dirt cheap. |

I was just scrolling through the top 100 albums for 2010/11. I was surprised to see that Coyote is only 83rd. There are a lot of albums that I wish I had access to, so that I could see if they would be Top 10 material or not, but it isn't to be. One day, I will be independently wealthy and afford to spend money on all of these albums.

Coyote will make top 5 of the collab list, I'll wager.

I expect that it probably will too, that is why I was surprised that it is so low on the PA top 100 list, and I didn't even give it a bad review.

Hell, I'd take dependently wealthy. I'm still stewing about that woman who called me yesterday to harass me about my student loan. She actually asked me what I had in my bank account. f**k it. I told her. No kidding- she laughed. I explained that I was trying to get back into teaching since I just moved and got settled in. She kept going on about how they can garnish my wages. I said, "I'll still be coming out better than I am now!" She said I wouldn't because they would be garnishing my wages 15%. I'm thinking, "Does she not want me to get a better job?" If they take 15% of my teaching wages, I'd still be much wealthier than I am now. She kept bullying me about how much I could pay now to get things on track. I asked her what she expected my children to eat. Insensitive bitch. |

I was just surprised that Led Bib was on ProgArchives...which is hysterical considering who added them.
