I need to see Blade Runner.  Damn it.  How can I watch it without buy it?  I will buy it eventually but I never watch DVDs really.

That's strange, I stared at it for what I thought it was a long time and he didn't move, and his mouth was open in a weird way, showing his teeth like creepy fangs. Then when I saw your reply it moved instantly. Maybe a browser / memory issue.

Not that I've seen it... or I don't thing I have.

I've seen Videodrome but that was years ago and I want to see it again.

I'm a fan, yes, but more of a fan of early Ridley Scott (why does spell check underline Ridley? Unhappy). None of my other directors that I like has such a consistent series of first three films. It's true that he wasn't young when he debuted, though, and he dropped a lot in quality after that, and for a long time.
While I personally like The Duelists and Alien a bit more, I like how wonderfully different these three films are, while bearing Scott's mark so very obviously at the same time.

Did you guys see Rome, the series? If yes, how was it? I'm not sure if it would be my kind of thing, I'm OK with HBO covering World War II but ancient history?
