Unfortunately, the caffeine is probably one of the top sources to your migraines. I used to work with a lady who would get migraines, and she said that they were caused by caffeine. She cut out all kinds of stuff, but would still get caught off guard from time to time.

I think that they are more caused by the withdrawal if I don't have caffeine. So when I pop 130 mg of the stuff it helps (note: second cheapest way to get caffeine behind NoDoz). I also read something about it affecting the dilation of the arteries in your brain or something like that which helps reduce the pain.

I am also pretty sure the fluorescent lights at school affect me as well.
