I think that they are more caused by the withdrawal if I don't have caffeine. So when I pop 130 mg of the stuff it helps (note: second cheapest way to get caffeine behind NoDoz). I also read something about it affecting the dilation of the arteries in your brain or something like that which helps reduce the pain. I am also pretty sure the fluorescent lights at school affect me as well.
