First Italian prog artist I've ever gotten into... I'd recommend checking them out, starting with their latest album 'Linea Di Confine..' Listen to the title track if you have time!

College itself isn't free actually, it costs a sh*tload of money. The stipend is a good thing imo, as it prevents many students from taking a loan which results into a debt which they can't pay.
