One of my friends said the same thing about that tour, but they were really, really good last night.  He also said they were awesome on Gigantour, so I guess they're maybe just not really consistant.  They were also playing lots of material off their new album, and it's their best stuff yet.

RC was SO COOL.  It was a huge wall of feedback and overlaid tracks, crazy use of loop/delay pedals and samples.  There were parts where it sounded like we were on a fricken runway.  Absolutely wonderful experience.

That's awesome. I did find Snakes for the Divine to be quite superior to anything else I've heard High on Fire do and made me give them props for the first time, so I guess consistency is something they need to work on in a live setting.

I think I shall sit here and listen to TFTO and continue reading Foundation, I had lost track of where I was because I never use bookmarks and it had been a long time since I read it because I had lost it. LOL
