Probably, but it's also probably expensive.  Alain has said he's considering reprinting it sometime, I think.  I already have it though, so I don't need to worry (unless it's a new remaster and everyone thinks it sounds better) Tongue

It was. I found it cheap on Syn-Phonic. The last copies have already been ordered.

I've listened "Arrakis" on PA, but I was kind of confused on why it is considered Zeuhl.  It's probably because the rhythm sections are similar to Magma.
