hopefully they'll release TOS shows with the new exteriors and details done a few years ago replacing some of the shots and effects that made the show cheesier than it needed to be

Full Metal Jacket is okay, I don't remember a lot other than it being a bit pretentious for a Vietnam war movie

The original effects are what makes it so good!

FMJ is so much less pretentious than Apocalypse Now, though. The only thing I don't like about it is the soundtrack, but I'm a dick like that.
