I agree that the party is more fun than most games played at a LAN party (though exceptions include Diablo II Tongue) and that I'd rather play a game solo if I really want to enjoy the game.  That's why I play Oblivion so much, because I've found the ways to make it a perfect fit for what I want from a game, and if I want a bit of "shoot 'em up" style, I'll pull out Fallout 3 or Crysis.

It's not so much the game that makes LAN parties fun, it's more about the LAN party itself, which is why I put up with boring games. If I want to enjoy a game I will play solo. Smile

Also, MW is way better than Halo, IMO. Really the only thing that keeps me playing is to unlock everything. The biggest reason I hate playing Live is because everyone camps way too much.

I know why Dream Theater sucks.
I've thought hard about it LOL [stupid comment coming]
It's partly because of their name. Come on Theater, isn't it ugly. A proof of that is that Hamster Theatre is written the other way and is way better.
Also, their music is ugly.

Already did that.  I'm thinking that if my friends want to go I'll probably go.  Even if it sucks, I won't lose any money by seeing it there, all I have to do is have a Penn State student ID to get in.

Wish I could see movies for free like that.

Transfer to Penn State then. Tongue

Sounds like a good idea. Smile Except it makes no sense at all.

You'd be able to see movies for free like that.  Of course you'd also pay crazy tuition rates for being out of state, etc.  It's all worth it for the free movies though, right? LOL

For the most part I don't even enjoy most movies very much, so probably not. However, living on campus I'm sure we could get some great LAN parties going.

I hope that didn't sound too nerdy.

Has anyone seen Men Who Stare At Goats?  If so, was it good?  I'm thinking of going to see it tonight at the HUB.

That's a great track. Better than anything off A Fine Day To Exit.

I've not heard it. So I wouldn't know. I told you to get Judgement or Alternative 4 first.
I wish I did, actually. Its barely even post-metal..

Yeah, same with A Natural Disaster, I gave that a weak 4 stars, given that I enjoyed it overall. Doesn't come close to this though.

I'm checking out Bernard Falaise right now.
