^ I think that story's sad, indeed, as my grandfather passed away from a similar thing a few years back, and all my prayers and positive vibes go out to you. But on a positive note, how cool is that picture? 4 generations of the same family, all of whom are likely to be connected to music....50 years from now, that's going to be one incredible picture to show your grandkids.

My condolences, Robert. Somehow, I feel it has happened the right way for you. I've never been near my grandparents when they passed away, and I've only been to one funeral (of four).

Good advice for living, in a way.

Umm, I knew that I should explain it more. Don't mind the text bellow it, your picture just reminded me this picture, that's all. Serious beard though, it takes quite a lot will not to succumb to voice that tell you: "Shave it!", as it told me numerous times.

My deepest condolences, Robert.  I too lost my grandpa not long ago, at the end of May last year, so I know how you feel now. Actually, as I can see, our grandpas looked alike.

I also wanted to say that you four looks quite alike. Family is family. Bartlomieji (do somebody call you just "Barte" ?), you on the other hand looks like rocker from 70's (I saw photo somewhere in this thread)

Thank you everyone.
My grandfather had a lovely service (we were not able to attend sadly)...
My dad had my grandfather's two guitars set up at the front, and when the service was over, he went up and turned them over.
He wept as he described this moment in the service to me. It has broken my heart.
But, my friends here, God bless all of you...thank you for being a consolation to me during this time. It has meant much.
