For what it's worth, I don't know too much about British politics.

What I do know is that "pounds," "quid," "pence," and "p" sound a hell of a lot cooler than "Euro."

Hopefully by some miracle they won't get in.

But it's looking like they will.

This country is going even more down the sh*tter and yet none of the gullible t**ts who vote for those sh*theads realise what they're doing... Angry

It's weird... you guys get a half-decent President for once and we are going to get someone almost as bad as George w**ker Bush.

All we ever did was make jokes about that twonk.  Now we will have our own twonk and won't be making such jokes. AngryOuch

I remember hearing interviews on BBC about people "holding their nose and voting Labour" in the Blair era.  Now I guess they can't even do that.

Sometimes I hope Alex is joking but I know I he isn't.

When did he actually last listen to Henry Cow and Animal Collective?

I have too many favorites.  My windowsill is half full of CD cases and it's driving the missus nuts.

Don't even get me started on this...

Something I hate more than anything is so-called Labour supporters suddenly about-turning and voting for the Tories... don't they ever remember the Thatcher-era?  Don't they realise that's what they'll get again (except maybe not quite as bad)?

Stupid idiots.  I have no time for them.

I'm a Socialist (but with some Liberal and Democratic views as well) and I certainly won't be voting for right-wing idiots.

I think my parents would disown me if I did.  I'd disown them if they did.

My father will cheer the day that old-bag Thatcher dies.  I wonder how many so-called Labour supporters will as well?

Probably not as many as there should be.  People either don't give a toss about our country, or they're really that stupid and also have short-term memory.

The Tories are always going to be Tories.  They're not suddenly going to have the policies that suit Labour and left-wing supporters.  So why are left-wingers suddenly turning crazy and voting for a right-wing party and our (likely) future government?
