El Espiritu Del Vino - Heroes Del Silencio ( Spanish Rock Band with great vocals and great guitar work ) All sung in Spanish which I don't understand ! And I used to think lyrics were also important to me ......

Hot August Night ( live 1972 ) - Neil Diamond Yes; Neil Diamond !! I always loved his voice and the records up till and including The Jazz Singer I really enjoy!!

I love the Jazz Singer. I didn't hear Hot August Night yet, but it is high on my list of albums to check out. Thanks for reminding me.

I love big spectacle and showmanship, and it just doesn't get much "bigger" than Meat Loaf.

Great list here. I particularly like the 5th Symphony by Shostakovich. The Bernstein version is great but for me the version by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Andre Previn (1978) is even greater.
