"We had romantic moments. I fell asleep with my her during Einstein on the Beach." That's a paraphrase of a joke from Fraiser.

Hard to choose.  I won't include anything from on PA (except proto-prog and prog-related).  This list is not set in stone, just to get an idea of my tastes.  I'll limit it to 1 album per band.  In no particular order:

1. Metallica- Master of Puppets Carcass- Heartwork
2. Beastie Boys- Hello nasty
3. Faith No More- King For A Day
4. Primus- Frizzle Fry any Henry Rollins spoken word album
5. King's X- Dogman Armored Saint- Symbol Of Salvation
6. Chick Corea- My Spanish Heart
7. Judas Priest- Sad Wings Of Destiny
8. John Patitucci- John Patitucci
9. Ornette Coleman- The Shape Of Jazz To Come
10. Alice In Chains- Jar Of Flies (hard to choose between this and Dirt)

I'm probably leaving of something I really like. LOL

Fixed after reading the first post.

Because One of the Boys is a great pop album, and Ur So Gay is a song The Beatles wish they had written.

What's there to say ... most people will know these albums. Well, maybe not Karrin Allyson - Ballads: Remembering John Coltrane ... it's Vocal Jazz, just what you would expect by the album title. Oh, and there's Scott Henderson - Tore Down House. Absolutely brilliant album, part Blues, part Jazz-Fusion, part both. Smile
