Not bad, I drove on Gold Cup Day. Ticket sales are good thus far, weak pound against euro and dollar I guess.

Milton Keynes doesn't have any laybys... it's all roundabouts. Not only that, they all look the same! I once went to Milton Keynes and had to go to Woughton Park... could I find the place? Eventually, yes but it took me quite a while! I think I also got lost in Stoke Mandeville village as well. That place is like Portmeirion, only in a car and without a big bubble chasing you. Cripes. Has the shed key been lost or is everyone battening down the hatches with all this wind about?

As far as Vicky and I are concerned, I'm pretty sure all's still on

I certainly hope so - we just need a final decision on the meeting place (Coal Hole?) and where we're going for nosebag afterwards.

At least we know the Coal Hole's reliable & there are plenty of local nose baggeries available

Yes, the Coal Hole is probably the best option - and if all else fails they have bags of noses behind the bar.

It looks like as the sheddies get older we need our beauty sleep and are tucked up in our beds long before 11.00. It's OK for you young 'uns to be up at these hours, you have the energy. Anyway - hope there were some biccies left.
