I now feel extremely dense...

Amongst the HC Boxset was a note mentioning that the 5 studio albums includes Desperate Straights and also tells you where to slot it in too...

Erk Gah!

I use that as an exclamation too.

Along with "(Holy) Henry Cow!" LOL

Fred Frith borrowed that from a cartoon strip or something where the guy used Erk Gah as an explanation.  It mentions it in the Boxset.

So it's a genuine exclamation.

Pat (I see you lurking), I have found my copy of Desperate Straights now.

I still haven't found my Alamaailman Vasarat badge that I've lost though... I think it fell of my hat in the club.  I shall have to check they still sell it.  I do have another AV badge but I want the other one as well,

I may buy some spares.

I also need a Henry Cow t-shirt, even though I don't think one exists.

True but I like official ones more.

It makes me feel more elusive and cool knowing I wear an official band t-shirt.

I was drunk last night and was chatting to Bern on Facelessbook and noticed how cool his photo was.  It's very epic.

So I borrowed it for a while.

Magma's debut has some pretty cool stuff.

As does The Margin +

On the other hand, I've done basically none of the reading I meant to this weekend. Some serious catching up needed.

Magma's debut is just the bottom of the summit.

I have yet to listen to The Margin +

But Rob desperately needs Veracious.  It's amazing.

Best set of lives songs ever.  Like Veronica, Bubble and Primo on the Parapet are exceptional and so of course, is Easy to Slip Away, perhaps one of my favourite Hammill compositions.

Plus Stuart Gordon is my favourite violinist too.

Okay, I have way too much going for me to be shot. But really... I haven't felt this badly before.
