I've enjoyed watching this season, especiallly as Hamilton, a British driver, is hogging the limelight - he is busy making mistakes and finding out what he can  or cannot get away with doing, but he is still young....some amazing stuff to come next year, but will he be "in danger" of becoming another M.Schumacher..? Confused

^In domintating week in, week out, I doubt it. Ferrari are just too competative for that, and Alonso is still a better driver than he is at the moment. For on track behaviour, only time will tell.

Its the last race of the year and I've got a good feeling that Hamiltons going to do it. Massa will win the race, but not the title, and good considering all the help he's had from the stewards (not that he asked for it, but the title should have been wrapped up in China). Qualy results, one hell of a lap from Trulli

Yeah that lap from Trulli was good, I personally suspect that both he and Massa are very light, given the forecast rain that could be very bad for both of them.

Where are all the F1 people? Tongue

Two years in a row...champ determined by one point.

Amazing. Can you write a better finish? I think not.

Hats off to Hami.Clap Great to see him win it, even if this race wasn't the best for him. Feel quite bad for Massa...especially since they started to celebrate. Next year, I'll throw "money" on Massa, but still root for THE finn overall.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive

Well deserved championship for Hamilton and a great F1 racing year with many comes-and-goes instead of those boring seasons during the Schummi years.

Ham, Massa, Alonso, Kimi, etc, all have chances next year... let's see. And I'll cheer for an ending in the last race.

Didn't watch...heard last lap pass gave the Ham a 1 point win though. Ouch. Can't say I'm a fan of his.

Great 'skin of the teeth' result for Hamilton yesterday & well deserved; got to feel sorry in a way for Massa though - he thought he had it, the crowd thought he had it, his pit team told him he had it... then he didn't.

At least he took it with more dignity than that part of the crowd nearest the pit lane who booed Hamilton (and his father)...

I'm sure that that wasn't the last championship for Mr Hamilton either.

Apparently someone had a bet on him from way back in his karting days for winning the F1 chamionship by a certain age and they now stand to collect a fair bit of cash.

I would bore everyone here by talking about the Cup race in Texas...but even I fell asleep for a little bit during it. Well not really, figuratively speaking.

That was the most exciting final race in the 12 or so years that I've been watching F1. Only the final race of 1997 comes close, in my book.

Very good season, with great races, unexpected results (Vettel) some bad stewards decisions, but after all a great competition between Massa and Hamilton. I am also happy for BMW's great work, and i am convinced Fernando Alonso will be stronger the next year, his last 5 races were excellent.

Congrats to Hamilton!

Now this is very bad news. I cant honestly think wo has enough money to buy a team as big as Honda plus, I suspect, their F1 engine department as well. And the team honestly thought they were building what would have been a front runner for next year as well.

Well according to reports I've read Nick Fry is already talking with 3 potential buyers, I suspect that all 3 are from the middle east and have an unlimited amount of oil money.

^Yep, he's signed up to Torro Rosso as he's a Red Bull backed driver. He's fast, but he's he's crash prone and his form seems to be a bit up and down.

If Honda can find a buyer for their F1 team then Bruno Senna is a good bet to be anther rooky on the grid this year as well.
