It seems Queensryche are to play the Waerdse Temple in Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands, on Wednesday (11th June).
If you don't count Anathema, (which I don't, as as far as I could tell they left the "metal" out of the set I saw.) I've never seen a real Prog-metal band, and there's a reason for that, but as the gig is on my door step (5mins drive) I might just give it a go, for a laugh. Who knows, I might just be converted?

^^I have my ticket for the following Wednesday, 18th June at Wolverhampton Civic Hall, sat on my notice board...I have to be honest, I'm going mostly for nostalgia's sake...as I'm not sure how many times they will be playing the UK again..

they will be playing with no support, and a show in 2 halves..OMI in part 1, and OMII after the interval...given the relative quality of both sets, I'm not sure how many people will stick around until the end...Ermm
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
