Anyone know seen the band G2? They're coming to The Boardwalk in Sheffield on 1st March I believe and me and my friend are going there's some downloadable clips on their website (http://www.g2online.co.uk/) But I'd rather ask around from people who've actually seen them, so how are they? Good setlist? Good resemblances? I heard they don't play T.B.O.E.F.Cry

^^^ I don't know, but they are shortly doing a fairly substantial UK tour...here are the dates...

unfortunately, they don't cut & paste very easily, so here's the link.  I was half thinking of going to Brecon on 23rd Feb...but does anyone know what they are like??

They look pretty good. They seem to focus on ATOTT - ATTWT which is probably my favourite overall Genesis era.

Well, this will teach me to live with my head up my arse. It seems they have played in Camberley, which is 15 minute up the road from me..

Wow, long time ago now... I forgot about this thread but I went to the show and they ruled!

Couldn't believe the amount of emphasis they put on the Phil Collins Prog years (My favourite era). Them playing Eleventh Earl Of Mar AND One For The Vinie totally blew me away!

I saw them last year in Glasgow. Previously I had only seen Regensis who i thought would be hard to beat, but G2 were probably better. They did have Piers LeDavison (from Regensis) on keyboards, and I am a great fan of his.
