Hey, I recently got Hot Rats, Waka/Jawaka, and the Grand Wazoo. and loved all 3. What should I go for next? Does he have any other albums as good as these?

lets get "The Man From Utopia" the album.
EDIT: of course, dont forget "Joe's Garage Act I, II & III" (probably VERY best stuff of him, IMO, ".......MUSIC IS THE BEST.."" ) - if you dont have it yet.

Try ONE SIZE FITS ALL and ROXY AND ELSEWHERE. Similar to the albums you already know, and sometimes even better. (Just have a look at the reviews they got!)

I'd go for One size fits all, Over-nite sesation and Apostrophe next. All his 70's stuff is worth investigating but IMO the 80's stuff is variable in quality. I wasn't really a fan of the production on his 80's albums either.

One Size Fits All, Roxy & Elsewhere, Joe's Garage and Over-Nite Sensation.
For more avant-gardse stuff, try Studio Tan, Uncle Meat and Burnt Weeny Sandwich.

Those sound good follow-ups; summarizing, you gotta hear his 73/75 era: these two studio albums aforementioned by Mike plus One Size Fits All.

Yeah, his other stuff is different from the three you have. If you are a fan of more avant music then Uncle Meat is your thing. If not then look towards his later stuff first. One Size Fits all is a good recommendation for the first to look for. After that I'd say Apostrophe and Sheik Yerbouti, they'll give you a pretty good idea of what Zappa's all about.

if you are into comparing different versions of the same songs get Roxy
& elsewehere as well as you cant do that on stage anymore vol2 (a
nearly flawless album IMO, if it wasn't for that triggered bassdrum).
just about any 70s stuff will do just fine. for the instrumental
versions of the vocal tracks on Sleep Dirt, you can try Läther (a 3cd
set)

^ I prefer the Roxy versions, but the YCDTOSA 2 versions are very cool too ... especially the much faster version of Village of the Sun.

I don't know if they're still available but Cheap Thrills and Son of Cheap Thrills are inexpensive samplers which could help you decide which albums to choose next.
